As you will appreciate, starting off a new business is never easy and the cost of advertising is prohibitive. The publicity you arranged for my business, published this week in the business supplement of the Northern Echo (22 July 2008) has put me on the map as a credible business and has already resulted in a number of firm orders.
Yours sincerely

I am delighted with the result of my 'Fat Minute Video' which has now gone live on my website.
I know you had a few challenges, the biggest - moving me outside of my comfort zone encouraging me to work without structure, script or any idea what the end product would look like. Constantly telling me to relax and enjoy the day. This did eventually go in and I really enjoyed the time we worked together on the Fat Minute Project.
Please say thank you to Tony Baker and Chris from the Public Affairs Bureau who shared a wealth of knowledge and experience with me. Tony and Chris had a great relaxed way; getting me to actually take some ownership at the same time creating lots of laughter throughout the day.
I am delighted with the result, and have no hesitation in recommending Peter Troy Publicist to anyone who needs support and guidance in setting-up any type of news commentary or video link for their business.
Thanks again.
Yours sincerely

Just a few lines to formally thank you for the service you recently provide us as a publicist. With very little input from my wife or I you made a very special occasional for a very special couple, Jo and Dolly. You took the time to listen to what we needed, and offered your own expert opinion. We were extremely impressed when you went to the added effort to contact us to ensure that all relevant information was correct and kept us informed of the event.
You organised Tyne Tees television and the local papers to attend the event, but also provided my wife with the necessary tuition to boost her confidence to appear on TV. As a result of this publicity not only has my wife’s confidence in public speaking increased, but business has improved.
However, we feel that the greatest complement to you was made by Joe himself, Joe was 90 years old, a war hero and he said on his return form the event that he had had the best day of his life.
When you were advised of Joe’s death you not only visited Dolly but at no additional cost you organised a military funeral advising the local papers of Joe’s passing. For this his wife Dolly and niece Judith are truly grateful. Without your input his passing would have gone un- published and unrecognised.
We will have no hesitation in using your services again in the future.
Yours Faithfully

I would like to thank you for organising my recent Media Training at Radio Teesdale. I was initially apprehensive and found the experience rather daunting; feeling completely out of my comfort zone.
However, together with the assistance of John Atkinson, you gently guided and cajoled me away from spouting mindless gabble, to reach a respectable level of competency. So much so, that I took part in a live and controversial debate, which I found to be quite exhilarating.
Although I doubt I have yet reached the standard of Chris Moyles, I would certainly feel quite comfortable being in a real interview situation; a declaration I could not have made prior to training.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your training session to anyone seriously considering publicising their business through the power of radio.
Most definitely a day well spent.
Thank you once again Peter.
Kind regards,
Liz Slade
